Whipped Caramel Iced Latte

Method

• 1. Combine the coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip until the mixture becomes fluffy, lightens in color and can hold soft peaks.
• 2. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and add the milk and caramel syrup. Stir till combined.
