Sangria season is well and truly under way, why not try something different this weekend with our White Wine Sangria? Delightfully light this one is perfect for hosting, would you try it or are you loyal to the classic red wine recipe?

x 1 Bag Polar Cube ice
x 1 BottlePinot Grigio
x 400mlLemon and Lime Soda Water
x 60mlTriple Sec/Cointreau
x 4tbspGranulated Sugar
x 1 HandfulStrawberries
1.Chop up your fruit and add to a large jug. Add the sugar and churn with a wooden spoon till the fruit and sugar are combined.
2.Stir in the triple sec and white wine then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For best results leave overnight.
3.Before serving, add two handfuls of Polar Cube ice and the lemon and lime soda water to the jug and mix together. To serve, fill each glass with Polar Cube ice and pour in the sangria adding a little of the chopped fruit to each glass. Finish with an orange wheel to garnish, then enjoy!
