x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 100ml Blood Orange Juice
x 50ml Wilfred's Bitter Aperitif
x 1tsp Rosemary Simple Syrup
A Squeeze of Lime Juice
A sprinkle of Sea Salt Flakes
Top Up: Sparkling Water
Garnish: Slice of Blood Orange and a sprig of Rosemary

Method

1. Add your blood orange juice and rosemary simple syrup to a large wine glass.
2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and add 50ml of your Wilfred's Bitter Aperitif along with a squeeze of lime.
