Refer a Friend T&C’s

The following terms and conditions are our “General Terms” that apply to the “Refer a Friend” scheme to qualify for the £50 referral payment, based on the qualifying criteria being achieved.

The Company thereafter refers to either The Ice Co Ltd or Keystream Ltd.

1. ELIGIBILTY RULES

To be eligible

-The referring participant must meet all eligibility requirements as specified.

-Referring participants MUST;

-Be aged 18 years

-Have their own valid UK bank account

-Confirm their post code

NOT eligible

-Employees and their immediate families are ineligible for this scheme, (existing employees should use the internal recommend a friend policy for referring a candidate).

-Self-referrals are prohibited

-Referring someone who is currently working for the company through an agency will not be accepted

-Referring someone who have already applied via other means will not be accepted

-Any previous employee of the Company being referred

2. CRITERIA

The candidate referred MUST;

-Confirm the name and email address of the referring participant

-Have received a contract of employment

-Candidate must have been employed for a minimum of 4 weeks

-Be an active employee at the time of payment

-The role applied for was being recruited for at the time of referral

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

-The referring participant has completed the refer a friend form, from the link that has been emailed to them by the HR department; hr@theiceco.co.uk

-Payment will made 5 days after the fourth week from the start date of employment (4 weeks plus 5 days)

-Payment will only be made to the referring participants bank account

-Bank details provided must be that of the referring participant

4. PROCESS OF REFERRAL

-The referring participants’ name and email address should be provided by the referred candidate at the point of interview

-When the candidate is in successful employment, a link to the “refer a friend” form will be emailed to the referring participant by the HR department for completion

The referral payment will be made as a gross payment and will be paid by bank transfer. The recipient accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any relevant tax arising from receiving the referral payment as part of their personal tax affairs.

The Company will only use your data in line with our Privacy Policy.  By referring a friend the referring participant agrees that their information may be used by the Company to administer the referral payment.
