Terms & Conditions: Social Media Competitions

• The Promotor of this competition is The Ice Co
• There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter a competition hosted by The Ice Co on social media.
• Winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.
• The rules for each chosen winner are as follows:
  • Any person chosen must be 18 or over (if the prize in question contains alcohol)
  • Photo identification must be given to show proof of age (passport/driving licence/ID card)
• If in anyway the promotor deems the identification to be fraudulent they shall reserve the right to choose another winner.
• The Ice Co respect your privacy and will only share your details with a 3^rd party if they are involved in the competition itself.
• Your details will be held on the social media messaging system for a period of 3 months.
• No cash alternatives can be offered for the prize. The prizes are not transferable.
• The winner will be notified by tagging/announcing your name on the original competition post, along via stories.
• Winners ID must be received and approved before delivery of the prize. The winner will be notified of delivery of the prize and The Ice Co will update the winner if there are any problems.
• By entering into the competition, the entrant agrees to the terms of this agreement
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Note: Winners name may be used for PR purposes.
