Indulge in the ultimate shared cocktail experience with our Sharing Margarita recipe. This refreshing drink brings together the flavours of Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, tequila, and a hint of agave syrup. Served ice-cold with our signature Super Cubes, this cocktail is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
200ml Cointreau
200ml freshly squeezed lime juice
400ml tequila
60ml Agave Syrup
3 Super Cubes
1 handful of Party Ice
Garnish:
Lime wedges, lime zest and salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except Super Cubes) in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Zest a lime and mix with salt. Use a lime wedge to rim your glasses then dip into the salt mixture. Fill glasses with Super Cubes .
Fill a shaker ¾ of the way full with Party Ice . Add enough margarita mixture to fill the shaker to the top of the ice. Shake well, then strain into your glasses. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy!

Method:

250ml vodka
250ml blue curacao
1l lemonade
1 bag of Party Ice
Garnish:

Method
Add the vodka and blue curacao to your fishbowl and stir, then fill with half a bag of Party Ice . Add the lemonade and stir to combine.
Garnish your jug with orange wedges and maraschino cherries.
To serve fill your glass with Party Ice and pour the cocktail over the top, adding an extra cherry and orange wedge on top to serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Brown sugar
Flour
Butter
Cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Method:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush peach halves with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes until caramelised grill marks form.
In a bowl, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to create the crisp topping.
Place grilled peaches in a baking dish and sprinkle the crisp topping over them.
Grill the peach crisp indirectly on the grill for about 15-20 minutes until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
