If you've not yet tried a Fluffy Duck cocktail then you're missing out! This light and creamy advocaat-based cocktail gets its unusual name from the 'fluffiness' the lemonade adds when you pour it in! It's boozy, smooth and of course best served ice cold. If you're looking for a new and different cocktail to keep you cool this summer, then this Fluffy Duck cocktail is for you!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x30ml Triple Sec
  • x30ml Orange Juice
  • x45ml Advocaat
  • x45ml Dry Gin
  • Top up: Lemonade

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add all the ingredients apart from the lemonade to a cocktail shaker with 1 handful of ice and shake well.
  • 2. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top up with lemonade.
  • 3. Garnish with an orange slice and serve!
