With matches seeing up to three extra minutes added due to extreme heat, Bartender Tom Hudson on behalf of The Ice Co has created three ice-first serves inspired by the 2026 World Cup host nations. Each serve features 3 countries, 3 ingredients, 3 minutes to make, meet the Mexican inspired The Three-Minute Michelada.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 200ml Mexican Lager
  • x 100ml Tomato Juice
  • x 3 dashes Hot Sauce
  • Optional Garnish: Tajin on the rim & a Lime Wheel.

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill the glass completely with Party Ice.
  • 2. Add tomato juice and hot sauce.
  • 3. Top with lager and gently stir. Optional extra: Garnish the rim with Tajin for an spicy but sweet kick and finish off with a lime wheel.
