Full-moon, half-moon… we all know the rest! This smooth and silky chocolate orange cocktail tastes just like a little Jaffa Cake, and who doesn’t love a Jaffa Cake!? Easy to make, and a great dessert cocktail for the end of any meal.

Ingredients

x2 measures Cointreau
x2 measures Crème de Cacao
x1 measure Vodka (orange flavour for extra zingy taste)
x2 measures Orange Juice
x1 measure Lemon Juice
x1 Fresh Egg (white & yolk)
x2 handfuls Party Ice
x2 Super Cubes
Garnish: Finely grated chocolate, Orange twist

Method

1. Add the Party Ice, Cointreau, Crème de Cacao, Vodka, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice and egg into a cocktail shaker and shake very well for about 1 minute.
2. Add 2 Super Cubes to a short rocks glass.
3. Strain the cocktail mixture over the Super Cubes being sure to top with some of the foam.
4. Garnish with finely grated chocolate and orange zest and enjoy!
