3Super Cubes
35mlMasons Yorkshire Gin/Dry Gin
50mlFreshly squeeze grapefruit juice
25mlAperol
2 tspOrange marmalade
Top upTonic water
GarnishOrange wedge
Method
1.Place 1 handful of ice and all the other ingredients except the tonic in a cocktail shaker.
2.Shake hard to ensure the marmalade mixes well.
3.Strain into a glass over 3 Super Cubes and top with tonic water, Garnish & serve.
