It's a twist on an Aperol Spritz and a classic G&T! A gin cocktail perfect for summer. Busting with citrussy flavours, serve when enjoying some time in the garden. Thanks for Emma Stokes AKA Gin Monkey for the recipe!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • 3 Super Cubes
  • 35ml Masons Yorkshire Gin/Dry Gin
  • 50ml Freshly squeeze grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Aperol
  • 2 tsp Orange marmalade
  • Top up Tonic water
  • Garnish Orange wedge

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Place 1 handful of ice and all the other ingredients except the tonic in a cocktail shaker.
  • 2. Shake hard to ensure the marmalade mixes well.
  • 3. Strain into a glass over 3 Super Cubes and top with tonic water, Garnish & serve.
