Ingredients

X2 handfuls Party Ice (to shake)
X1 handful Polar Cube Ice (to serve)
X1 handful Raspberries
X2 measures Vanilla Vodka
X1 measure Raspberry Liqueur
X1 measure Sugar Syrup
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Raspberries & a scoop of vanilla ice cream

Method

1. Muddle the handful of raspberries in a bottom of a cocktail shaker, then fill to the top with Party Ice.
2. Pour in the vodka, liqueur and syrup then shake well.
3. Fill a glass with Polar Cube and pour over the cocktail mixture.
4. Top up with lemonade, garnish with the raspberries and place the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
