Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 scoop Lemon Sorbet
  • x 30ml Vodka
  • x 60ml Prosecco
  • Garnish: Mint and Lemon Wheels

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the Party Ice, vodka, prosecco and lemon sorbet to a blender and blend until you get a thick, slushie like consistency.
  • 2. Pour the frozen cocktail into a glass and garnish with the mint and lemon wheels. Enjoy your Sgroppino!
