On these hot summer days, there’s nothing more satisfying than an iced cold fruity beverage. The Cool Lime Refresher is without doubt one of the UK’s favourites at Starbucks. But, at £4.23 in-store, there’s certainly a cheaper way to quench your thirst. If customers were to spend £12 or less on the ingredients below, it would make 14 plus drinks, whilst on the high street this would only buy you two.

x1 handfulParty Ice
x1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
x1 tsp Sugar
1.Cut the limes into four separate wedges and peel the skin from each lime to make two lime wheels.
2.Squeeze the lime from the wedges, and infuse the mint, and sugar in cold water for 2-4 hours. The longer the better.
3.Strain into a reusable cup filled with Party Ice and garnish with lime wheels before serving!
