The ultimate champagne cocktail – Christmas Sparkle
Ingredients:
X1 Handful of Premium Ice
X1 Measure of Pomegranate juice
Top Up: Champagne
Garnish – Pomegranate seeds
Method
1. Cool the Champagne in the fridge or in a bucket of ice prior to serving.
2. Chill the glass with a handful of ice for around 5 minutes before serving.
3. Pour the pomegranate juice and top up with Champagne into the chilled glass and garnish with a sprinkle of seeds.
4. Serve and enjoy!
A palate-cleansing Vodka cocktail – Happy Holidays
Ingredients:
X2 Handfuls of Premium Ice
X1 Measure of Vodka
X 1/2 Measure of sugar syrup
Top Up: Fever Tree Mexican Soda
Garnish: Lime wedge and mint sprig
Method:
1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the vodka
2. Add the sugar syrup and top with Mexican Soda.
3. Garnish and serve!
A fruity tequila Christmas cocktail – Merry & Bright
Ingredients:
X1 measure of Premium Ice
X1 Measure of Tequila
X3 Measures of Orange juice
Top Up: Soda water
Garnish: Cherries and orange peel.
Method:
1. Add the ice to a glass and pour in the tequila.
2. Pour in the orange juice, top with soda water and stir well.
3. Garnish and serve!
A rum cocktail with a jolly good kick! Jolly Rum
Ingredients
X3-4 Super Cubes
X1 Measure of Rum
Dash: Cranberry juice
Top Up: Ginger ale
Garnish: Rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds
Method
1. Add Super Cubes to a glass and pour in the rum.
2. Add a dash of cranberry juice and top with ginger ale.
3. Voila! Your Jolly Rum cocktail is ready to enjoy.
A Prosecco and Cointreau cocktail with a herby twist – Christmas Spritz
Ingredients
X3 Super Cubes
X1 Measure of Cointreau
X4 Measures of Prosecco
X1 Measure of Cranberry Juice
Top Up: Soda water
Garnish: Orange wedge and rosemary sprig.
