Spring is coming and so is Mother's Day! This cocktail is fit for both with it's floral citrus taste! If you can't get out for a present, why not make her this delicious cocktail?

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x Handful of Party Ice
  • x 10ml Simple Syrup
  • x 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • x 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • x 50ml Gin
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Garnish: Edible flowers

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, St Germain Elderflower liqueur, gin and egg white into a shaker and dry shake until nice and foamy.
  • 2. Add Party Ice into the foamy mixture and shake again to chill.
  • 3. Strain contents into a coupe glass and get creative with edible flower decoration, enjoy!
