The Star - The Honey Cinnamon Syrup
This simple recipe is the perfect addition to bring an autumnal twist to your favourite drinks. And it’s so simple and quick, what’s not to love?
Ingredients
200ml Water
200ml Runny Honey
2 or 3 x Cinnamon Sticks (depending how strong you want the flavour)
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Add the water, honey and cinnamon sticks to a small saucepan. Set the pan over a medium-high heat and stir frequently.
2. Once the honey has completely dissolved into the water, let the mixture just come to a boil, then turn down the heat and let simmer gently for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Let the mixture cool completely then remove the cinnamon sticks (and discard).
5. Transfer to a jar, bottle or container for storage.
6. Store the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use for your favourite drinks.

The Hot One – Honey Cinnamon Latte
Using one of our favourite kitchen tools, the milk frother, this warm cinnamon drink is full of flavour and perfect for any autumn evening.
Ingredients
Glass of Milk
1 x strong espresso shot
2 tsp Honey cinnamon syrup
Garnish: Ground Cinnamon
Method
1. Heat your milk using a milk frother. (We prefer using a stand alone appliance for ease, but the steam nozzle on an espresso machine works just as well.)
2. Into your coffee glass pour the espresso shot, syrup and finally warmed frothed milk.
3. Stir together.
4. Sprinkle over cinnamon generously and enjoy!
The Extra One – Honey Cinnamon Frappe
This recipe works just as well without the coffee, but then becomes more of a Honey Cinnamon Milkshake Frappe. Still delicious, so try whichever you’d prefer!
Ingredients
2 x handful Party Ice
1 x strong espresso shot (optional)
2 tsp Honey cinnamon syrup
Glass of Milk
Garnish: Ground Cinnamon and whipped cream
Method
1. Into a blender, place your Party Ice, coffee, syrup and milk.
2. Make sure your blender is capable of blending ice, not all are!
3. Blend briefly until the ice is crushed and mixed throughout.
4. Pour into a serving glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a generous helping of cinnamon over the top.
5. Sit back and enjoy!
